Accommodation Supervisor Job in Kuwait – Full-Time | مشرف سكن A Kuwait-based company is hiring an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to manage and oversee staff or worker accommodation facilities. This is a full-time role requiring strong organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise accommodation facilities and ensure continuous cleanliness and maintenance • Manage room allocation, resident check-in/check-out, and occupancy records • Handle resident complaints and resolve day-to-day issues promptly • Enforce accommodation rules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to maintain facility readiness • Prepare regular reports on accommodation status and occupancy levels Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field • Minimum 2 years of experience managing employee or labour accommodation • Good communication and organisational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: To be discussed after interview المهام: الإشراف على السكن، إدارة الغرف، التعامل مع الشكاوى، التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة والنظافة. المتطلبات: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس، خبرة سنتين على الأقل، إجادة Microsoft Office.
