Accountant – Kuwait City

A company in Kuwait City is hiring an experienced Accountant with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities - Prepare and publish financial statements and reports - Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer credit limits, and company liquidity - Process bank payments, supplier payments, payroll-related transactions, and inter-company settlements - Reconcile bank accounts and maintain cash and petty cash records - Prepare financial and statistical reports for budgeting and management decisions - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local financial regulations - Maintain confidentiality and support audit requirements - Assist in developing and improving accounting policies and internal controls Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills How to Apply: Email your CV to: hrd@alkoutprojects.com
