Electrical & Instrument Technician – Kuwait (Unlimited Contract)

A company in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Electrical & Instrument Technician on an unlimited contract with a 90-day probation period. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electromechanical Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance - At least 3 years of experience with overhead crane installation, commissioning, and maintenance - Strong knowledge of industrial machinery: cutting, welding, rolling, and shredding equipment - Experience with AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, motor control circuits, relays, contactors, festoon systems, and conductor rails - Ability to read electrical drawings and use diagnostic tools - Knowledge of instrument calibration is an advantage - Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus - Willingness to work flexible hours - Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and instrumentation systems - Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of overhead cranes - Maintain and repair cutting, welding, rolling, and shredding equipment - Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing to reduce downtime - Ensure compliance with HSE standards, LOTO procedures, and workplace safety regulations - Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with mechanical teams Benefits: - Salary: 180 to 200 KWD (based on experience and qualifications) - Accommodation provided - Free joining and final return air ticket - Unlimited contract - Leave salary, indemnity, and other benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law Note: Only candidates currently residing in Kuwait and available for local transfer will be considered.
