Freight Forwarding Coordinator – Farwaniya, Kuwait

A company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is hiring an experienced Freight Forwarding Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day freight forwarding activities including shipping document preparation and processing - Coordinate export shipments and arrange freight transportation with carriers and agents - Track and monitor cargo movements and resolve operational issues - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements - Communicate regularly with customers to provide shipment updates and manage service expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to optimise schedules, costs, and service quality Requirements: - Strong knowledge and practical experience in freight forwarding and export operations - Hands-on experience with export documentation and regulatory compliance - Strong customer service and communication skills - Understanding of freight transportation: carrier coordination, routing, and scheduling - Proficiency in logistics systems, transport management tools, and Microsoft Office - High attention to detail in handling shipment data and records - Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously under time pressure - Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is an advantage - Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus Salary: 250 to 300 KD per month How to Apply: Email your CV to: careelogis@gmail.com
