IT Business Analyst (Male) – Sharq, Kuwait

A company in Sharq, Kuwait is hiring an experienced male IT Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders - Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews - Prepare BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and use cases - Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented - Participate in solution design and recommend process improvements - Coordinate with project managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validate business requirements - Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new and existing systems - Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders - Assist in change management and user training Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of IT Business Analysis experience - Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience preparing BRDs, FRS, process maps, and functional specifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools - Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred Preferred: - Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing - SQL knowledge for data validation - Familiarity with API testing and test management tools - CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications Salary: 350 KD per month How to Apply: Email: codetech247@gmail.com Subject Line: IT Business Analyst (Male) Applications without the correct subject line will not be reviewed.
