A company in Kuwait City is urgently hiring an IT Technical Support Executive for an immediate full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure POS systems at customer locations
- Train customers on system usage
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience in Kuwait
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Immediate joiner
