Junior Analyst – Revenue Accounting, Telecom Company Kuwait

A leading telecom company in Kuwait is urgently hiring a Junior Analyst – Revenue Accounting. Kuwait-based candidates only, with Visa 18. Role Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the end-to-end completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the company's revenue streams. This role safeguards financial health by identifying leakages, preventing fraud, and optimising the quote-to-cash cycle — acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Operations. Key Accountabilities: Revenue Integrity & Reconciliation: - Monitor all stages of revenue generation from Order to Cash - Reconcile data between CRM, billing systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics for accuracy and completeness - Audit and analyse tariff and contract validation Fraud Prevention & Risk Mitigation: - Proactively identify, investigate, and remedy potential errors or leakages in the revenue cycle - Perform regular reconciliations and gap analyses of revenue streams - Investigate discrepancies in financial data and propose long-term solutions Process Optimization & System Design: - Perform quality assurance testing on system changes affecting revenue events - Design structural and system-based solutions to reduce cycle times and minimise defects - Document all revenue flows across critical functions Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Junior Analyst or in a similar financial/revenue control role - Experience within logistics or customs operations is highly preferred - Strong understanding of financial principles, revenue recognition standards, and billing cycles - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems - Skilled in data interrogation and process mapping techniques - Strong problem-solving and communication skills How to Apply: Email your CV to: recruitment@kw.zajil.com WhatsApp: +965 51594507 No calls will be entertained.
