A growing engineering and contracting company in Kuwait City, Kuwait is hiring a proactive and well-organized female Office Manager / HR & Project Coordinator. The role combines office administration, HR support and project coordination, acting as the central point between management, project teams, clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or technical secretarial work
- Experience in engineering, construction, or electrical contracting companies is highly preferred
- Kuwait experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with document control systems is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
Salary & Benefits:
- 300 KD package, based on personal interview and work experience
