Procurement Engineer – HVAC, Ahmadi Kuwait

A company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is urgently hiring a Procurement Engineer with an HVAC background. Key Responsibilities: - Review HVAC project specifications, drawings, and material requirements - Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) - Source HVAC equipment, materials, spare parts, and subcontractor services - Obtain and evaluate quotations based on technical specs, quality, delivery, and price - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse teams for timely supply - Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor databases - Track procurement status and follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays - Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and budget analyses - Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance when required - Knowledge of Heresite and Hereshield coating materials is an advantage Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 3 to 8 years of experience in HVAC procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and materials - Familiarity with major HVAC brands: Daikin, Carrier, Trane, and York - Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines - Available for immediate joining How to Apply: Email your CV to: hr@kht-kw.com
