Required Customer Service Call Center Representative

Golden Eagle Travel & Tourism Co. in Kuwait is hiring a female Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join its growing travel and tourism team at Shuwaikh Complexes, Noura Commercial Complex, next to Karaz Market. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up on bookings, travel requests, and customer inquiries - Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams - Learn and work with airline reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus - Assist with daily travel and ticketing operations Requirements: - Egyptian nationality is preferred - Must be currently residing in Kuwait - Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage, but not required - Fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional, organized, and customer-focused - Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure - Positive attitude and strong team spirit How to Apply: Please send your CV via WhatsApp only to +965 90968020.
