Restaurant Area Manager – Multi-Branch, Kuwait

A restaurant group in Kuwait is hiring a results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple branches across sales, operations, profitability, and team development. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned branches, ensuring consistent service, food quality, and customer experience - Drive branch sales targets and manage full P&L: revenue, food cost, labour cost, and overall profitability - Lead, coach, and hold branch managers accountable to operational and financial KPIs - Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Municipality food safety and hygiene standards - Monitor inventory, procurement, and waste control to protect margins - Standardise SOPs, service flow, and brand standards across all locations - Support new branch openings — setup, staffing, training, and launch readiness - Report performance, trends, and action plans to senior management Requirements: - 5 or more years in multi-branch restaurant operations, including at least 2 years as Area Manager or Multi-Unit Manager (GCC experience strongly preferred) - Proven track record managing P&L, sales growth, and cost control across multiple locations - Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing branch teams - Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and Kuwait Municipality requirements - Experience in QSR, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant environments - Transferable Visa 18 (Article 18) preferred, or willing to relocate to Kuwait - English or Arabic fluency; both is a plus Salary: 500 to 700 KWD per month (competitive, based on experience) How to Apply: Email your CV to: Farah_dalati@hotmail.com
