Riqqa Maker Job in Kuwait City – Traditional Arabic Flatbread | Immediate Hiring A food company in Kuwait City is hiring an experienced Riqqa Maker to join their production team. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Riqqa (traditional Arabic thin bread) to company quality standards • Prepare batter/dough and ensure consistency in taste and quality • Operate Riqqa cooking equipment and maintain proper cooking temperatures • Ensure products are prepared fresh and delivered in a timely manner • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations and on equipment • Follow food safety and HACCP standards • Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels • Minimize food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Requirements: • Experience in preparing Riqqa, Regag, Markook, Saj bread, crepes, or similar Arabic flatbreads • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices • Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Prior GCC experience is an advantage Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait 📧 Apply by email only (no calls): hrofficer853@gmail.com
