We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s websites and online systems. The Web Admin will ensure website performance, security, uptime, content updates, and smooth user experience while supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Website Management • Maintain and update company websites on a daily basis. • Upload and manage products, banners, promotions, and website content. • Ensure website information is accurate and up to date. • Monitor website functionality and user experience. E-Commerce Operations • Manage online store operations and product listings. • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and promotions. • Monitor online orders, payment gateways, and checkout functionality. • Order prep, customer support online, chat and phone, Items category prep, suppliers/vendors items receipt and reception. • Support inventory/product synchronization if applicable. Technical Administration • Monitor website speed, uptime, and performance. • Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and errors. • Coordinate with developers and hosting providers when required. • Manage domain names, hosting accounts, SSL certificates, and backups. Security & Maintenance • Ensure website security and protection against threats. • Perform regular website backups and updates. • Monitor for malware, spam, or unauthorized access. • Maintain user accounts and access permissions. SEO & Performance • Implement basic SEO practices. • Optimize website pages for speed and search visibility. • Monitor website analytics and traffic reports. • Improve website usability and conversion performance. Content & Design Support • Upload images, videos, blogs, and landing pages. • Ensure branding consistency across the website. • Support design updates and UI improvements. Reporting • Prepare website performance reports. • Track: o Website traffic o Conversion rates o Downtime issues o User behavior o Online sales performance ________________________________________ Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Experience • 2–5 years experience in website administration or e-commerce management. • Experience managing business or e-commerce websites. Technical Skills • Knowledge of: o WordPress o Shopify o WooCommerce o cPanel/Plesk o Basic HTML/CSS • Familiarity with: o Google Analytics o Google Search Console o SEO tools o Website hosting and DNS management • Understanding of website security and backup systems.
