Chief Accountant – Logistics Company, Kuwait City

A custom clearance and logistics company in Kuwait City is hiring an experienced Chief Accountant. Local recruitment only — must be currently residing in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations - Prepare financial statements and manage budgets - Monitor cash flow and reconcile accounts - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions - Lead and supervise the accounting team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum 7 to 10 years of accounting experience, including leadership experience - Experience in logistics, custom clearance, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and ERP systems - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills - Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus - Must be currently residing in Kuwait - Available for immediate joining How to Apply: Send your CV to: finance.manager@sailshipping.net
