Sales Coordinator – Freight Forwarding, Farwaniya Kuwait

A freight forwarding company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is hiring a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales team across air, sea, and land shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and follow up on freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments - Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams for timely shipment execution - Assist sales executives in managing customer accounts and business opportunities - Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports - Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment-related information - Communicate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents regarding rates and schedules - Support preparation of contracts, presentations, and sales documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales coordination - Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and logistics operations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Experience with CRM or freight forwarding software is an advantage - Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures preferred - Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus Salary: 250 to 300 KD per month Benefits: - Competitive salary - Career growth opportunities - Professional work environment - Training and development programmes How to Apply: Email your CV to: careelogis@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
